Constituents told to get a lobbyist by Doolittle's staff

Representative John Doolittle (R-CA) ignored his Nevada County constituents plea for funding to support the Dorsey Drive interchange project which is needed to improve emergency transportation to the only local hospital.
Dan Landon, executive director of the Nevada County Transportation Commission said that when he complained he was told by Doolittle's staff:

"It also doesn't hurt to have a lobbyist".
